I got ivarrs sepulcher axe and have been trying to master parry with it the first boss fight I had with was the fishmonger and let’s just say I use shields now
I have just started the game, and for now, i find it very disappointing. I don't like the combat gameplay, it feels cheap. The controller setup is terrible and if you want to change it, you have to manually configure it by yourself. By doing so, there will be a lot of bugs. As i know, almost all the games i have played got more than one controller setup. Like, if you want to set the ''B'' button as for dodge, climb down and crouch (as most of the other AC games), your caracter will never do the right action when pressing that button. So the programming is terrible, worst than the other AC games. But what i dislike the most, its the exploration. There is no tracking at all, compare to the other AC games. When you open the map and click on something to track, it will be showed only on the compass, not within the environment. So, its impossible to know where a treasure is, above or below me? Its just a waste of time to explore an entire mountain to find one stupid small treasure. It could take me an entire day just to loot 3 stuff. So, i have no choice to skip the exploration for this game, i will just do the main quests chain it seems. So i will just loot the stuff that are in my way. It disappoint me so much, exploring is what i liked the most on the other games …

Lol, what you say is not really correct, when you use two heavy weapons at the same time you attack about twice as often what in the end is the same as doing double damage. To use two spears for example is ridiculusly overpowered.

Don't upgrade the quiver… you take less arrows each upgrade.

Theres so much I dont like about the game.
They changed AC yet again, so much, but this time they made it worse.
Odyssey was way different than Origins, but it was still good. All these unnecessary changes, making it harder and take longer to play, but they still didnt fix the climbing mechanics..

Anyone else ever notice the "instant assassination" option in the settings?? Basically makes all perks, runes, or gear making assassination better absolutely useless and worthless…
At level 10 i got the best armor in the game and i could beat almost every enemy

Valhalla takes long time to play on PS4 pro …ghost of tushima is cool game ..wish I had ghost of tushima 2 than Valhalla .

Trick for barred doors and broken walls is just to fire an explosive arrow at them if you have enough adrenaline. It takes two shots for barred doors.

Hey a little tip for anybody who's like me and didn't know. if you want to upgrade your armor and weapons you're going to have to go to the blacksmith I thought the blacksmith just had new weapons I didn't know he could upgrade your stuff
