Welcome to Meat City Gaming!
In this video I begin my walkthrough of Bitterblack Isle in Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen. Bitterblack Isle is a high level dungeon in Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen. Progress through the dungeon requires high level weapons and armor, in addition to a lot of patience. The rewards are worth it as the best items in the game are among the prizes to be discovered.
In this video I cover the introduction to Bitterblack Isle including how to find it, and the path down to the first main boss: Gazer. Enjoy!

That jump you made and missed, can you do that with a double leapm
How much you leveled up sorcerer till you changed into magic archer?
Really appreciate this. I was stumped at how to proceed deeper into Bitterblack dungeon. I tried killing the Gazer a few times, at lvl 55ish, then at 65ish, then at 75ish. Failed. I didn't realize killing the Gazer opened the gate for deeper exploration into Bittlerblack. And now, after watching you do it and explain what's going on, I think that at lvl 80 now, I may have a better chance. Will use my Strider this time. Warrior was epic fail. Thanks so much.
Just a tidbit for anyone who may read this, the one off room at around the 26:00 Mark can be continually walked in and out of to get respawned for a decent xp farm as well as multiple dragon fights.
Do the chests in BBI respawn?
Wen't there at around lvl.30, no wonder it took like 1-1.5 hours to deplete one health bar from the cyclops. Tried the (petrifying) flying thing anf noped the f* out of there.
I entered this dungeon at level 69 and had no issue.
Gazer is still pretty easy as melee, as you can simply jump onto it's mouth and climb onto it's eye and stab it repeatedly to take one or two lifebars away before it throws you off. His giant AOE can't hit you unless you're on ground level.
I am debating wether to buy this game. I have some questions:
What are the arbor styles like? Can you transmute stats to the style of another piece of armour?
How many dungeons are there in the game?
