ofthe really how much Supercross 3 isactually changed from the firstSupercross game and I recommend some ofyou guys coming in here and doing thisafter you played the third one for like10 plus hours go back and play the firstWatch at: 01:00 / 01:20one and you'll start realizingeverything I've been talking about fromthe very beginning ok I was talkingabout some of this stuff before thefirst Supercross game ever even came outdog there was so much this that I wastalking about back then and people justdid not realize this there was so muchWatch at: 01:20 / 01:40hype around the first Supercross gamethere was so much excitement around itwe hadn't had an official Supercrossgame and since what the hell Supercross2001 ever that game was forever agoright we hadn't had a game in so longthat was actually an official Supercrossgame so it didn't even matter what thegame was really like people were gonnalove it because it was an officialWatch at: 01:40 / 02:00Supercross game and it just so happenedto be where it had really really goodgraphics really good visual effects toeverything you know so it really I feellike pulled everybody in but the deeperyou got into the first Supercross gameyou started to realize especially ifyou're really like not so much of aWatch at: 02:00 / 02:20casual motocross gaming fan you reallyhave played a lot of motocross games youknow kind of how they are you knowarcade motocross physics you know how[ __ ] is you started to realize prettyquickly how much of asort of a facade that this firstsupergross game was kind of playing oneverybody it was really just trickingWatch at: 02:20 / 02:40everybody is what it was doing I feellike I feel like it was one of thosethings where it looked really goodlooked amazing all this kind of stuffwhen he got down to the gameplay and thenitty gritty and what it actually feltlike and all these different thingsthat's really where you started seeingthe the pitfalls and the downsides tothe first Supercross game it is just soWatch at: 02:40 / 03:00it's so apparent now when you go backand look at it it's just insane so oneof the biggest differences to the actualthe gameplay side of it the way the bikefeels like this is something thatannoyed me so much about the first twosupercross games especially the firstsupercross game that i just could notstand and so many people just look pastWatch at: 03:00 / 03:20this aspect like it was nothingbut I look at it like it's the mostimportant aspect of motocross game andit's called inertia a little thingcalled inertia okaymight be a little hard for any inertia to it whatsoeverit is as much as you could possibly makeit's as rkt as you could possibly makethe physics to a motocross game outthere period I mean I am I am fully toWatch at: 03:40 / 04:00that point where I believe this is asrkd as you can possibly get it in aarcade you know motocross game out thereand understand it's an arcade motocrossgame I get it okay but it's literally tothe feel like you're actually on areal-life dirt bike at all at all itdoesn't even feel like you're on a dirtbike at all it just feels like you're onthis Laser laser lined machine that'sjust doing exactly what you want it todo everywhere to an completelyunrealistic level to where it doesn'teven feel like an actual real dirt bikeWatch at: 05:20 / 05:40you said I'm saying like that's that wasthe problem to me with the firstSupercross game was it just felt like Iwas a zombie playing that game I didn'teven have to think about what I wasdoing ever just hold it wide openeverywhere in corner and you never a simulator that'snot what I'm saying but I'm saying whenyou've got a Supercross game to thepoint to where you can just over jumpunder jump anything as much as you couldpossibly imagine and never pop theWatch at: 07:40 / 08:00because the game wasn't even developedenough to even be to that point yetthat's why it was like that so some ofyou people trying to say just go back tothe first or second Supercross gameyou're literally just telling milestoneto go backwards that's all you're doingbecause all you're doing is telling themto go back to an easier more simplisticmore basic physics system to first two Supercross gamesat all you're just hitting every jumpnot really worried about leaning youdidn't have to really hook anything youknow how big of a hooking you know howbig of a deal hooking supergirls games and itmade the gameplay so boring andrepetitive and then the web systems wereliterally hitting a button and playingthese sameAct animation over and over and overwell you guys had this weird-ass ideathat like you would see those whips inWatch at: 09:00 / 09:20the first Supercross game and be like ohwell they don't look so bad but theproblem is is you're hitting a buttonand it's playing the same daenamanimation over and over and over that'snot even a web system dawgyou're just hitting a button and playingan animation at least with Supercross 3there's variation to it there's freenessto it you can do different types ofwhips holy [ __ ] and you can actuallyWatch at: 09:20 / 09:40turn both your thumbsticks the samedirection and still whip versus that[ __ ] milestone being forced to turnboth your thumbsticks the oppositedirections that made the game feel superweird now you can turn both yourthumbsticks the same direction and stillwhip it is so much better it isinfinitely better and it's not evenWatch at: 09:40 / 10:00questionable because it's not just aboutsaying oh well you know the firstSupercross games cornering looked betteror you know this the first Supercrossgames whips looked better or this lookedbetter that looked better it's not evenlike that dog the comparison is thefirst Supercross game didn't even haveWatch at: 10:00 / 10:20any inertia to it whatsoever it didn'teven feel real at all and the whips werejust hitting a button and playing ananimation at least with the thirdSupercross game there's actually afeeling to the bike there's get this closer to a game thatcan actually last a decade like reflexdid these first two Supercross games hadWatch at: 11:00 / 11:20trouble even lasting more than two orthree months apiece nog telling you likethey had to improve on this stuffhad to advance on this stuff they had tomake this stuff more skill gapped andmore deep and and better and moreinertia and all that kind of stuff theyhad to do all this you got to understandthat manit's just crazy when I go back and playWatch at: 11:20 / 11:40these games they're just so mind-numbingly basic it's just like I'm just likegoing around this track not ever evenhaving to use my brain whatsoever onanything hitting every single rhythm onthe track so I feel like that's thething about it like some people get intothose games and it feels like you'regoing fast it looks like you're goingWatch at: 11:40 / 12:00fast it looks like you're hitting biglines if you know all that kind of isillegally looks amazingbut it's all just a facade it's all justa put on that's not really what's goingon in the actual gameplay itself youboys have to come to that realizationWatch at: 12:00 / 12:20and start understanding that about thosefirst two Supercross games it's all justa fake it's really just a fake trickthey were tricking you dog they weretricking you into making you you knowfeeling like you were going faster butreally it was just a visual thing it wasjust the screen was moving past youquicker so it made you think you wereWatch at: 12:20 / 12:40going faster and you would jump all thejumps on a track so you felt like youwere a boss and really hitting big linesand hitting cool [ __ ] but the thingabout that was is everybody was hittingthose jumps those were easy jumps theydidn't take any skill to hit but theymade you feel like that because thatWatch at: 12:40 / 13:00those were the biggest lines you couldpossibly hit on any of those tracks butthey weren't hard to hit there was nonegative effect to coming up short onthemthe first Supercross game you can overjump any jump in the entire gameliterally or under jump any jump in theentire game and you will never pop offin that game how in the hell can youWatch at: 13:00 / 13:20defend a motocross and Supercross gamethat's like that you will never pop offin that first Supercross game everI think they improved on that a littlebit in Supercross too but still withthis Supercross 3 game there's actuallyyou lose momentum when you come up shortdog you can land short on something onSupercross 3 and it actually like whyWatch at: 13:20 / 13:40you up over the front end and youactually fall down in wreck when youdon't jump something right you can overjump something in Supercross 3 andactually pop off of the bike likethere's all these things that can happenthe whoops for God's sakes and superguys 3 you can actually get out of shapeand flip over the front of the bike I'mnot saying the whoops are quite to thepoint where I think they should be butWatch at: 13:40 / 14:00god they feel betteryou see that's that's everything to whatI'm really trying to explain thesevideos you can talk all you want toabout the the way the cornering feels inthe first two supercross games or thisfeels better in the first two supercrossgames or that feels better or whateverbut the whole thing about it is the sortof thing I keep coming back to over andWatch at: 14:00 / 14:20over is the first Supercross the firsttwo supercross games literally feel likethey don't even have inertia to the bikeat all there's no inertia at all so in asense nothing else matters if the bikedoesn't even actually feel like a bikeat allyou said I'm saying that's my biggestproblem with those first two Supercrossgames you can say whatever you wantWatch at: 14:20 / 14:40about the cornering feeling better orthis that another whatever but the damnbike don't even feel like an actual bikeit doesn't even have a filling to it atall it just feels like you're just onthe gas riding on this super arcadebasic thing whereas Supercross 3actually somewhat resembles real bikeinertia or some kind of inertia you knowWatch at: 14:40 / 15:00what I mean [ __ ] those first threesupergirls gamesI mean first two supergirls games didn'teven have a nursery to him at all sothen it made every aspect of the ridingand the physics and the filling of thebike and everything more basic shoutmore shallow you know less skill gapmore repetitive more boring but to thoseWatch at: 15:00 / 15:20people that don't understand motocrossgames they didn't even care all theycared about was the graphics all theycared about was what it looked like theyfelt like they were going fast they feltlike they were James Stewart in a day onthose games you know they were hittingall the big lines going fast around thetrack what they thought was going fasteron the track but it was really just avisual effectWatch at: 15:20 / 15:40that's all those first two Supercrossgames were dug there was no big linesthere was no seat bounce hooking systemthere was nothing there's nothing tothose games dude those were literallysome of the most basic bare-bonedarkaid motocross gaming physics you willever see in any of these games out hereever before those two first twoWatch at: 15:40 / 16:00supercross games were just painfullyaverage because they looked really goodthey looked amazing they gave you thevibe like you're on a real life's youknow AMA if I am you know monster yousuper girls race but it really when youwhen you got down to the gameplay manyou start to see the negatives of thoseWatch at: 16:00 / 16:19games you really do and at least forthis supercross three game god itfinally feels like you're on some kindof an inertia filling bike and there'ssome kind of skill to like being able tohit bigger lines into a section andbeing able to lean over jump faces whichis just completely non-existent in thefirst two games man some of you guysWatch at: 16:19 / 16:40just aren't getting that and or youhaven't put enough time into Supercross3 to realize that and understand thatbut I'm telling you dude this is this ismountains above mount levels ahead ofthose first two Supercross games whenyou talk about on bike filling andphysics filling to the game I'm tellingWatch at: 16:40 / 17:00you dog I've played enough of thesegames to understand that and some of youboys just I feel like you really yeahyou may be talking from your realopinions and what you really feel aboutit and I'm completely okay with that butI really feel like it's one of thosethings you just don't even understandwhat you're really saying casuals 100% so ifWatch at: 17:20 / 17:40you wanted to really take those gamesseriously and try to get better at themand get a little deeper into themit did the game wasn't even made forthat those first two Supercross gamesweren't even made for that it was reallyjust 100% made for casuals whereasSupercross 3i stuff like you can have alot of fun with this game even if youare casual but there's also that layerWatch at: 17:40 / 18:00and level to where you can have fun atthis game when you're a little moreserious into motocross games you knowmaybe you're not like a super hardcoremotorcross gamer you can still have funwith it then this this kind of game tome appeals more to all kinds ofmotocross gamers it appeals to casualsthat appear that appeals to you knowkind of the amateur dudes kind of theWatch at: 18:00 / 18:20medium motocross gaming dudes it appealsto the hardcore motocross gaming fanscuz you got some bigger lines biggertriple ins more skill gap we nourish youto the bike honking system all that kindof stuff you know rewarding when you hitlines right and can actually you knowtake in sides or cut down in corners anddo all this other kind of stuff whereasWatch at: 18:20 / 18:40those first two Supercross think gamesthere were 100% built around casuals andthat was it that's all they werecatering to our casual motocross gamersin those first two Supercross games andmost people most these dudes that don'treally know what they're talking aboutthey don't even understand that theyjust see graphics and they seeWatch at: 18:40 / 19:00animations and that's all that mattersliterally that's all that matters and Ican't I mean how much more proof did Ineed to have than those first two supergrouse games in games [ __ ] popped offand they didn't even have any nurserfilling to the bike and there is stillso many people that played those gamesand bought those games it was what itwas it was just a crazy hype train ofWatch at: 19:00 / 19:20amazing advertisement and not havingthat kind of game and so long and allthese other elements coming togetherthat really made those first twoSupercross games pop off and be whatthey were it wasn't even really thegameplay Supercross 1 had a significant skill gap between straight dog shit and good and what separates you from bad to good is you are able hit the big lines constantly and that means you always had to carry speed in supercross 3 has no flow in most tracks jumps are all scaled to big so big that you can’t even hit the irl race line. The whips in sx3 are arcade as fuck and restricted to much sx 2 even worse sx1 are the best whips. Just my opinions

  2. i bought 3 after this review. the game play is definitely good but i regret for a shitty career mode. they literally remove the weekly schedule thing. next time you prolly wanna calm your a%$ down and give an actual review and idea about the whole game rather than bragging crap about a game released 3 years ago.. i was enjoying 2's career now i can even play it because 3 have good gameplay

  3. What’s amazing is that the most legit handling game, in terms of physics, is All Out, especially after the 2.6 chassis update but the bandwagon haters who probably have never played it will always claim it’s arcade.

To be honest, I'm trying to decide which game I want to buy, and this is a good video, because I also have felt like the first 2 games were very stiff and didn't feel good. Idk why people are so easily triggered. He is just giving his personal opinion, it's just a video game at the end of the day. Enjoy life, and play whatever you like, hell play everything or play nothing at all. Just stop being hateful and have fun!

  6. Ok so I’m 13, I’ve only got the 1st one and love it. A video game is not REAL, so have fun not take it so seriously, I do ride dirt bikes in real life and love it, so have fun on these games and video games aren’t make to be taken seriously, take it seriously out on the track

  7. "They just made you think you were faster in the first games because it looked and felt faster, but it was an illusion, it was just visual"……bro, the whole game is just a visual illusion..if it looks and feels faster, thats all you can really ask for on a flat screen in a fake world.
